The Boom Egg is a monster that appears only on Flamas. Upon nearby contact with a player, it will explode after a few seconds, making small fire balls and causing fires around its explosion radius. It's presence can be noted around the players due to it's unique sound that they create on occasions.

Boom Eggs have an attraction to Bombs, and they get neutralized upon seeing one.
- Boom Eggs love Bomb Barrels! If a player places a Bomb Barrel while nearby to a Boom Egg, it will follow it and loose heart particles, at a neutral status, which makes it unable to attack until the barrel is destroyed.
- If under the effect of bee venom he can not hide his head inside the egg for having a swelling.
- Boom Eggs used to also spawn in Miras, presumably before the game rebranded to Mini World:CREATA
