The Fresh Fruit is a natural food introduced prior to the official release of Mini World.

They can be obtained by breaking fruiting fruitwood leaves and has a probability of being obtained via 
Jar(s).
Before 0.54[]
Had a small chance of dropping while breaking 
Fruitwood Leaves, but they could still be found by breaking Jar(s)
Usage[]
Fresh Fruits can be used to regain 20 Health points and their consumption does not affect the stamina bar unless it's below 50% (the same rule applies to the health bar.)
Fresh Fruits are avidly loved by 
Tamed Dangoes! Feeding tamed dangoes with fresh fruit causes them to obtain a 
Recovery Effect. When enough has been fed to them, an icon will appear over the Dango.
